No. There is one web cam on this Chromebook.

How long does it take this computer to heat up? I heard AMD computers heat up quicker than other ones.

This system has an internal fan to maintain the proper operating temperature of this computer.

how do I get the mouse and keyboard to work?

First, install the included batteries into both the keyboard and mouse. Second remove the USB 2.4GHz wireless receiver from the battery compartment of the mouse and plug it into a USB port on the computer.
