I just received this Chromebook yesterday and am unable to download any apps. I called Lenovo support twice and have been told that I have to return it and they cannot help me over the phone. Why will this machine not download apps?

Be sure you are trying do download compatible APPs. Try installing APPs from the Google Play Store. Also, check the amount of hard drive space required by the APP you are trying to install. This device has a 32GB solid state hard drive. Check to see how much available hard drive space you have before trying to download the APP.
