What other products do I need to order for the hook-up and most efficient usage of the complete computer & monitor & keyboard?. And can I use my old keyboard and mouse that are used with my old HP monitor ?

All you will need is an internet connection. If you have a wireless router you are ready to go. The IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system ships with its own keyboard any mouse. You can use any other keyboard and mouse you want, so long as it is compatible with Windows 10 and connects to the computer via USB.

Is the RAM removable or is it soldered on? Want to replace the RAM stick but if it is soldered on then this is not the computer for me.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. There is one RAM memory slot that ships with a 4GB RAM stick. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can replace the existing 4GB RAM stick with an 8GB stick.

I purchased my Lenovo Yoga mouse within the past week. Everything was working fine. This morning I charged it and the white light came on, however the mouse will not power up?

First, be sure the selector switch at the front edge of the mouse, near the power button, is in the proper position. If you are using 2.4GHz WiFi, that the selector is moved to the left and you have the USB WiFi receiver installed within a USB port on the computer you want to use the mouse with. If you are using the mouse in Bluetooth mode, the selector switch should be positioned in the middle. You may need to pair the mouse to your computer again.
