I just bought this lap top, the only issue I have is, almost everytime i click on something the lower left "help me/search" screen pops up. how do I stop this?

It sounds like you are accidentally right clicking with the touchpad rather than left clicking. Be sure your finger is more to the left on the bottom of the touchpad to "select click".

Will devices with a usb 2.0 type A connector work properly if connected to the usb 3.0 type C port with the appropiate connectors?

Does this computer come with Microsoft Office installed on it? I currently have a chrome book and I am not comfortable with Google docs. Will be using it mostly for Excel and Word docs.
