There is a Thunderbolt port on this Lenovo Yoga 730-13 that carries a video out signal. You will need a universal Thunderbolt port replicator/dock to accomplish the goal you are trying to achieve, of having two external monitors.

I am currently deciding between a model with 8 MB RAM (manufacturer's site) and 12 MB RAM. The cost difference is significant and I'm not sure if it is worth it? I will be using it for moderate usage, mainly internet, streaming and video chat. Thoughts?

If there is a "significant" cost difference, there has to be more of a difference than just 4GB of RAM. Check the total configuration of the two models. Decide what you want to do with the new computer. Be sure the configuration you choose is compatible with the work you want to do.
