After reading the review of Jayb4015 certified buyer I am left with one concern. Jayb4015 mentions that the touch screen isn't very good; says must frequently touch the screen to active. I have arthritic hands. Is this touch screen really that bad?

Thank you for your question. The touch screen on the Tab 4, 10.1" works as well as any other Android tablet of it's class. It works very well.

What is the motherboard BUS speed, SATA II or SATA III? It just says SATA or Serial-ATA. That would make a difference if switching to an SSD.

Do you need a docking station for dual monitor setup and if so what would the model be?

This system has one HDMI-Out port for one external monitor, you can use the laptop screen plus the external monitor for two screens. If you want two external monitors, you will need to use a dock, like a universal USB port replicator.

What is the difference between 730 and 720 models? they both have the same specs and features. Only difference I noticed was 730 is slightly lighter in weight as opposed to the 720

The Yoga 730 Series is the 2018 model and has noise reduction improvements. The Yoga 720 is the 2017 model.

Is Adobe Flash available with this tablet?

The Tab 4 10-10.1" is an Android 7.1 tablet. There apps that you can get to use Adobe Flash.
