Is the setup on the actual device itself, or do I have to use the Google Home app? I am trying to see if I will be able to use this on a college wifi network.

Thank you for your question! The Google Home app will be required during the initial setup. You can also use the app to establish routines and totally customize your experience when saying commands such as "Hey Google, Good Morning". Routines can be customized to run through a list of items, so you don't have to ask for each task. For example, my "Good Morning" routine will tell me the weather, what my commute to work will be, and my first calendar item. You can fully customize this to whatever features you'd like. Other than the initial setup, you won't need to use the app regularly, if at all. Most general settings can be done on the Clock menu or by simply asking Google to assist (such as dimming the brightness or turning up volume). I hope this answers your question. How can I setup my clock to keep the alarm (radio) playing for an hour once the alarm starts. It stops after 10 minutes.

The time limit for both radio and music alarms is 10 minutes. However, you can set your "Good Morning" routine and customize it to have your radio or music play after the routine, without stopping after 10 minutes. When you set up the alarm, in the second panel after setting the time you can turn on the routine, which will then trigger the routine with that alarm, and play your music or radio accordingly.
