This model number 81CU000CUS, the Lenovo Yoga 730-15 4K model, has not had reports of screen flicker.

I Bought Lenovo Smart display 8" but when I try to set up the display show me a message that Network problem so I return to the store to change fo another and this have the same problem and I already try to connect in 3 different place

How do you download apps? I reached out to Lenovo who said you can but did not specify how.

The Lenovo Smart Display runs Android Things and does not support Android applications. It supports more than 1 million actions (which include most popular services like Spotify, YouTube, AllRecipes, Maps... and many more). It also supports over 5000+ smart devices. As for the Foscam security cameras, please reach out to them to verify, as their products do not currently call out "works with the Google Assistant".
