This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The 4GB of RAM is soldered to the motherboard. There is one open RAM memory slot open that your certified technician can add another 8GB RAM stick for a system total of 12GB of RAM. Check with your certified technician for your upgrade options.

Is this computer back lit? Is this computer compatible with a printer that uses cloud printer?

The Lenovo IdeaPad S340-15, model number 81QG0007US does not have a backlit keyboard. You can use any printer, wired or wireless, that is compatible with Windows 10. Check with your printer manufacturer for compatibility.

We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode 64-bit operating system (Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store.
