We are not aware of any keyboard covers, similar to what you describe. There are some elastic sleeves that can hold both the entire device and then cover just the keyboard, as you describe.

Where is the microphone jack. I see the one for headphone, is it the same one. I have Bose speakers and tried this jack with them, however, connection seems loose and speakers will not work. Will I be able to use them with this system.

This system has a combo 3.5mm audio jack. You can plug external computer speakers into this port. Check your speakers with connectivity with a 3.5mm port.
