does anyone know how to increase the volume of the speakers on this? I went into the settings but the loudest it goes is about a 3 or 4 on any of my previous laptops. Is there another way to do this?

There should be a speaker icon at the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen. Click on that speaker icon and make sure your volume setting is to your liking.
