I am looking for a laptop for mainly music and pictures. Meaning itunes and other music apps. Is this a good choice or do I want computer with more than i3 processor?

I am very disappointed. I have just bought this laptop, but when I looked at the size of the hard drive in Windows, the size appears to be 237 GB and it should be 256GB as published. Any ideas? Thanks. p.d. Yes the fan is really annoying. :(

The space used on the 256GB hard drive is for the Windows 10 operating system and other essential executable software. This is standard for all computers with pre-installed operating systems. Here is the latest driver update from Lenovo addressing the fan noise issue:
