Hi, I bought thiz laptop, Yoga910, 2 months ago, now it keeps popping up notification saying Windows key will be expired soon? What's wrong? When I bought it, it comes with windows home 64. Why expired?

I believe the product key the pop-up is referring to is the Microsoft Office Trial that comes with the operating system. There is no expiration date for Windows 10 operating system

How do I import pictures to this computer? Every time I plug my USB into the computer and plug my phone a galaxy note 4 it's saying there's no pictures to be imported? Is there other steps that I missing or am I not doing something right?

While the phone is connected to the computer,you need to go to the file within your Galaxy Note 4 where you are storing the pictures on the phone. This is while the phone is connected to the computer. When you plug the phone into the USB port on the computer, it acts as though the phone were an external hard drive. Go to the file folder where your pictures are on the phone. Copy them then paste them on the computer, within the folder you want to store the pictures on the computer in.

What processor model is it? Is it AMD A12 XXX? Why is not it in the specifications?

This configuration has the AMD A12-9700P processor.

I didn't see any reference to the battery life. What is the typical battery life for this model?

How's the battery life on it how many hours does it last & also is it good for college?

The battery life is approximately 4 to 6 hours, depending on the work the system is doing. This is a higher level performance configuration. It will be good for most applications except those demanding the highest level of processing power. We recommend you check with your college for their suggestions as to recommended computer configuration for your specific course of study. Graphic Arts, Architecture and engineering courses of study may require higher capabilities than this system configuration provides.
