This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. Your certified technician should be able to replace the existing standard hard drive with a compatible solid state hard drive. Contact a certified technician for your options.

does this have backlit keyboard? under specification it says it does NOT have backlit keyboard which is weird since as far as i know, all c930 models have backlit keyboard. If it does then you guys should update that.

Yes, this model number 81C4000HUS does have a backlit keyboard.
