This system can handle one external monitor plus the system screen, for a total of two screens. There is a Micro-HDMI port for an external monitor. You will need a Micro HDMI to standard HDMI adapter and an HDMI cable to connect to a monitor with an HDMI port. Here is a link to an example of the adapter:

This system does not have a CD/DVD drive. It does have Windows 10 Home 32-bit as its operating system.

The price is USD. This is a 110v system, with a US plug/AC Adapter. The stylus comes with the device and is stored in the device on the left side near the front.

Yoga 710-141kb model, am purchased few days ago best buy store, but after few minutes used the fan nosiy, am update bios recommend by lenovo , but same issue face it, kindly suggest ho to resolve it??

No, there is no HDMI port. There is a USB-C port which carries video. If you need HDMI, you can get a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
