I get an error when connecting both Iphone 6s and 7 to the headset. On both I receive error message: cannot use device: AR head mounted device: the connected device is not supported. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems setting up the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges. There can be system bug in the older Apple IOS. Please make sure you are running IOS 11.1 or a later version. Sometimes when using an older IOS the wait time for the connection to the headset can take 30 seconds or more. Please check your phone's Bluetooth setting to make sure it is on.( tap settings, select Bluetooth , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Also make sure the location feature on the phone is turned on too .(tap settings, select location , tap the switch to ensure it is on ( green). Please make sure that the headset is powered up and the cable connected .Please make sure that the compatible phone is out of the headset when setting the system up for the first time. Then, when prompted insert the phone into the tray and then into the headset. It is very important when setting up the system for the first time to use the "app" that is provided to guide you through the entire set up process. This insures that the whole system: headset, phone, tracking beacon and Lightsaber controller, will be synced correctly. If this does not If this does not work please contact our support team for a detailed troubleshooting guidance @ : support.lenovo.com/jedichallenges

I got this for Xmas but have a Samsung S4 and was wondering if this would work with that device? Thanks

Is their anyway to play this with the galaxy note 8 plus . I can't believe it doesn't fit unreal

At this time the Note 8 plus is not on the current list of compatible phones. Only certain phones have been tested and are compatible with the device. We are in the process of testing and approving other phones. Please keep checking @ jedichallenges.com/compatibility for updates.

Can u project the game on a tv to see while someone is playing?

The Star Wars: Jedi Challenges game can not "cast/project " or be connected to a Newer smart TV as of today.

Just got this product and i have no idea why it does not connect to My headset. I have oneplus 5 which uses type c usb Connector , when i plug it in nothing happens just The screen that Tells you to Make sure that you have Power on and Connector is plugd

Can you play other virtual reality games on it?

The Star Wars: Jedi Challenges headset is currently only for the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges game. All game content available at time of launch is strictly within the Star Wars universe. Star Wars: Jedi Challenges offers one storyline taking the player through more than 30 challenges across three types of experiences. We have just announced that there will be additional games that launch in January 2018. They will be a Free download through the game app: New Lightsaber Duels ,New Planet for Strategic Combat, New Content in Assault mode and Introduction of Porgs – Players will be rewarded with fan-favorite porgs in augmented reality.

Trying to set this up now. It’s asking if I should allow the game to access the USB device. But to answer, I’m required to tap yes, but my phone is inserted into the headset. When i remove the phone, the screen goes back to the previous set up page.
