This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 8GB, so your certified technician can replace the 4GB with 8GB RAM. Hi I have been looking at this laptop for about to weeks and the price has dropped $70 and still says I can get one item free, if I were to go into a best buy outlet would I find the same product with the same great price an deal?
