Microsoft Office is built-in to the Windows 11 operating system with the apps preinstalled; however, without purchasing a long-term Office solution, such as Microsoft 365, only a 30-day trial can be activated out of the box. I have two questions: 1. My only USB port does not work. I tried restarting the computer and using a different USB port. It's definitely does not work on this computer. 2. I can't take the blur function off of built-in camera (I tried the basics)

Regarding the first topic, one possible solution could be performing a power drain, as this can sometimes reset the USB ports and allow them to function again. To do so, shutdown the computer > unplug the power cable if connected > hold the power button down for 20 seconds continuously > plug back the power cable and test its functionality. If this doesn't resolve the issue, let's see if system updates will. First, to check on the Windows side, open Settings > Windows Updates > Check for updates. After applying updates here, open the Lenovo Vantage app > Check for updates and apply what is available. If this doesn't resolve this issue or the camera issue, if you are familiar with Windows systems, you can uninstall the USB interface and camera drivers and restart the system. Also, ensure that the blur function is not enabled in the camera app or any web-conferencing applications or services that you may use. Feel free to reach out to Lenovo Support for help if needed.

Does Macafee come pre installed with the laptop? If the answer is yes, I won't buy it. Gamers hate it with the constant pop up ads and it's useless as windows defender is already in place. Did I also mention I didn't want it and it's hard to uninstall?

It appears there isn’t a thunderbolt port. Do any of the ports support thunderbolt or is it just not an option? Looking to use this to on a docking station to game at home but the lack of thunderbolt concerns me.
