Yesterday I bought the laptop. Why the right palm-rest area is hot even when the laptop is ideal? Can you advice? It is very uncomfortable to keep my hands cause of the heat. Do I need to return the product?

would this be a good laptop for a real estate agent that needs PDF convertor and storage for files. I have always purchased IBm or Lenovo but personally prefer a thinkpad. She needs light weight portable which usually Thinkpad does not meet that criteria.
