does this laptop come with the option of a smaller screen size. Not a different Lenovo laptop, this same one with all the same specs, but a smaller screen size.

Does this come with a windows 10 Installation CD in case it needs to be restored? But without CD drive, how does it get restored?

No, this system does not come with restore disks for the operating system. There is a recovery partition on the hard drive as part of Windows 10, but you should create a restore file that is kept off the device ASAP after the initial set up of Windows 10 on the device. You can save this restore file by using an external CD/DVD drive, a USB flash drive or a Cloud Storage service.
