No, the only color for the 11.6" model is white.

Since this has the same specs as the other 910 Yoga does it also have a backlit keyboard ? Cause I just bought one and it doesnt seem to be lit !!

Yes, the Yoga 910 Limited Edition does have a backlit keyboard. Try holding down the "Fn" key and tap the spacebar at the same time.

The Flex 4-14 is a heavier system. It has a 14" screen versus the 11.6" screen on the Yoga 710. The batteries on both systems are only replaceable by a certified technician. The maximum RAM for the Yoga 710 is 4GB. The Maximum RAM for the Flex 4-14 is 16GB. A certified technician must do all the work inside both of theses systems so as to not void the warranty on either model.
