The spec information on this model on the page you sell says it has the new 8th-gen i5 processor but why does the Graphics card info say "Intel HD 620" isn't that supposed to be Intel UHD 620 already? Your ebay listing also says HD 620. Im confused.

The maximum resolution this system can support is 1920 x 1080 resolution. Graphics processing within this configuration is integrated within the Quad-Core/Eight Thread Intel Core i5-8250U processor. The integrated processing capability within this processor is the Intel HD Graphics 620 version.

This model is not a Flex Series model. It is an IdeaPad 2 in 1 14" Laptop. It is exclusive to Best Buy.

How do I access the HDMI Input feature? I have plugged in my device (to the correct HDMI input) but I do not know how to change the monitor's source.

This system comes with combo HDMI, so it is both In/Out in capability. Plug the external source into the HDMI port, turn the external source on. Right click on the Windows 10 desktop screen. Select "Display Settings". Within the window that opens, select "Projecting To This PC". Follow the pairing instruction for displaying the external video source on this system's screen.
