The system specifies an NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 discrete graphics card but looking at the back of the computer all you see are the outputs of the motherboard and no evidence of a discrete graphics card, which should provide an extra HDMI, DVI, and VGA port.

This system does have the Nvidia GeForce GT 730 GPU. Both the VGA and HDMI ports on this device are connected to the GPU.

is the display made out of some kind of hardened gorilla glass? don't know if i need a screen protector if i aim to use the stylus a lot

No, this system does not use Gorilla Glass. The pen that comes with the system is made to not scratch the screen. As long as you use the proper pen, there will be no scratching of the screen by the pen.
