The dimensions of the Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 are: Dimensions (W X D X H) 12.99" x 8.66" x 0.61"
The Case dimensions are: Height: 1.1 inches X Depth: 9.25 inches X Width: 13.2 inches. So the Yoga Pro 2 will fit but it will be a loose fit.

This system is not compatible with a digitizer/active pen. You can use a standard universal non-digital stylus with this system. Check with the software publishers for Windows 10 compatible programs. Also check the hardware minimum/recommended requirements to run the program you want to use.

I have noticed the past 900 models (80UE002VUS 512GB and 80UE002SUS 256GB) do not work with any of the Lenovo digitizing pens. Will this model be the same? And if so, can you download the software Lenovo WRITEit to allow it to work with a digitizing pen?

This model will not work with a digitizer/active pen.

No, there is no CD/DVD drive built in to this device, but you can use an external CD/DVD drive with this system.
