You can dim the screen in the Control Panel. Not the keyboard is not backlit.

I complete the Windows update: 1. finger scan doesn't work and 2. Windows Hello is not compatible? I un, re, install finger scanner from Lenovo website and it does nothing. Device Manager says up to date but Synaptic WDBI has warning sign.

Is it just me or is Windows Hello not compatible after Windows update?

Windows Hello on this device is utilized through the Fingerprint Reader. If your fingerprint reader is not working, follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

That depends on the requirements of Roblox. I have a 4k monitor. It says the resolution on the laptop is 1920x1080. Although if I connect to the 4k monitor will I be able to view my screen at 3840x2160? This is how my older windows 7 laptop works as the pixels are doubled on the display.

The maximum resolution this device can support is 1920 x 1080p. You will need to adjust down the native resolution of the monitor.
