ThinkPad X1 Carbon dimensions: Width: 13.11" x Depth: 9.01" x Height: 0.65".
Sleeve dimensions: Depth: 9.4 inches X Width: 13.7 inches X Height: 1.1 inches
It looks like the sleeve is big enough to hold the X1 Carbon. The sleeve is not made for the ThinkPad X1 Carbon though.

You can easily transfer files from one device to another by using a Flash Drive or an external hard drive. Programs will have to be reinstalled only if compatible with Windows 10 operating system.

That will depend on the games they will play. We recommend you check with the game software publisher first, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 32-bit and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements to run their software, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
