Does it have a built in CD/DVD tray to play movies?

This system does have a Cd/DVD reader-writer. But to play commercial movie DVDs you will need to purchase Movie Player software that is not included with the Windows 10 Home Operating System on this device.

Does anyone else feel like the sound on here sounds muffled? I even tried playing with the "Dolby Digital Audio" settings but didn't really help much...

Has anyone tried swapping out the hard drive for a bigger one? Is it easy? Does the keyboard have to be removed?

Check with your certified technician for upgrade potential. Work must be done by a certified technician otherwise the warranty may become void.
