Hi! I bought the Yoga 900 80MK002CUS model in July and now I have around 4 hours of battery life with a balanced power plan, display at 50% brightness. The fan is also quite loud. Considering how it's advertised, is this normal?

What does open box certified or just open box mean? Does that mean it's refurbished or just without a packaging or are things missing from the box? I like that the price is cheaper for open box but if it's more of a risk that it's worth

Open Box means the system was returned for some reason and the Best Buy Geek Squad has checked it out and certified it good for resale. There is a 15-day return policy with your receipt. Check with Best Buy for specific warranty details.
