Will Lenovo GX40M07508 15" sleeve fit this model perfectly? Do you plan to make one specifically for the Yoga 710 15" model? I could not find one a Best Buy for this product.

The sleeve you reference, GX40M07508 15, is made especially for the Yoga 710-15. Best Buy has several generic sleeves that will work with this device.

Can it be used with a wired printer brother MFC 290-c?

As long as the wire from the printer is USB compatible. You will also need to install the Windows 10 drivers for the printer on this system.
