Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 700-22 All-In-One system. The Windows 10 version of Internet Explorer is called Edge. Follow the link below to the Microsoft help page concerning a fix for the problem you describe. Since you can't get on line with your IdeaCentre 700-22 AIO, you may need to get the information through your Mac system, then make the fix on the IdeaCentre 700-22.

Looking for a basic laptop to run word, excel, Adobe PDF, etc. it's for online school. So I would be doing a lot of Internet searches, have a lot of tabs open,and possibly need to download Adobe, Java, save documents, etc. would it be enough memory? Thnx

This is an entry level system. Storage space should not be an issue. You have 500GB on board storage and you can always add an external hard drive for more space. The Pentium processor is not meant to handle many tabs open at one time. This will slow the system down considerably, but all the other tasks you mention, including the programs can be done with this system. So if you close tabs if the system starts to slow down, you will be fine.

Is this laptop compatible with usb connected wacom tablets and pens? Could I draw digitally on here?

We recommend you check with the digital tablet for its compatibility with the Chrome operating system. Most digital tablets are not compatible with the Chrome operating system.

Can I work on documents without Internet connectivity? I need to be able to write notes in between community based therapy sessions and might not always have access to WiFi, is there any way Ill still be able to type up notes on the go?

No, with the Chrome system it is useless without internet connectivity as there are no programs (APPs) stored on the device. Even if you had a file on the device, there would be no program (APP) to initiate it.
