just purchased my lenovo sku#5828300 laptop open box. whenever i watch netflix or watch a series online it lags/freezes while making a werid sound.

Since this is an open box model, we recommend you bring it in to your local Best Buy and have the Geek Squad evaluate it ASAP.

Does the 320 have dual band wireless? or just 2.4

Your question is link to the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop, not the IdeaPad 320-15. The IdeaPad 110-15 has 802.11AC WiFi capability. Only the AC channel is at 5.0GHz. b/g/n WiFi channels are only on 2.4GHz.

I just purchased the Yoga 910 and it is very loud. The fan runs from the minute I turn it on to power down and it is very disruptive to others as well as too loud for me. Is there any way to adjust this fan? I wish I could return this computer.

No, this is an IdeaPad not a ThinkPad. You can use a universal port replicator with this IdeaPad to achieve similar results.
