I am a gamer who googled laptops capable of playing pc games (i don't know a great deal of laptops) and this came up as the ideal, cheapest product. Is the, for sure, capable of playing pc games? I'm sure the rest of the features will be satisfying.

I bought this monitor several days ago. However whenever I started my Win 10 PC, the monitor will only show a black screen with a mouse click and there is no log on interface. Please see attached picture. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like there is no signal getting to the monitor for some reason. Be sure you are plugging in the monitor properly to the PC. Then right click on your Windows 10 desktop. Select "Display Settings" the select your external monitor as your display.

Is there a way to disable the touchpad? I have big hands and when I type I always hit it and end up highlighting then deleting things when I try to finish a sentence. I'd much rather just use a mouse.

On this model the HotKey attached to F6 toggles the touchpad on/off.
