No, this system does not come with restore disks for the operating system. There is a recovery partition on the hard drive as part of Windows 10, but you should create a restore file that is kept off the device ASAP after the initial set up of Windows 10 on the device. You can save this restore file by using an external CD/DVD drive, a USB flash drive or a Cloud Storage service.
