Hello! Why is the total storage only 238GB SSD though it's written 256GB SSD and was the windows 10 home meant to be not activated

I plugged my HDMI cable into my ASUS monitor. The monitor says there is no HDMI signal. How do I get the HDMI output to work? I only get a VGA signal.

This system actually has 2 hdmi ports but only one works. Why is that?

Model number 90FB0001US only has one HDMI port on the back.
