I am interested in buying this laptop but I would prefer one with a touch screen, primarily to stretch/ increase the screen size. Will Control + increase the screen on this model? if not, what Levono model or Best Buy part number has a touch screen.

Need a large tablet and this could be a great replacement if it can run android or windows that can startup quickly. How quick is this computer to wake up? Can it really replace a tablet? Or can it run android?

This 2 in 1 configuration can operate as both a laptop and a tablet by utilizing the 360-degree hinge on the screen. This is a Windows 10 based system. It can not run Android. Normal wake up from completely turned off is less than 45 seconds.

Is it model T420s or T420 ? Can the internal memory expanded to 16 GB?

This refurbished model is the ThinkPad T420. The maximum RAM the system can support is 8GB.
