No, the Celeron processor is not meant to handle 10 tabs/programs open at the same time.

Can I purchase more than 3 years of Office and 3 years of Webroot at the time of buying? Currently, all I see available is 1 year of Office and 1/2 year of Webroot.

I already have a license for Microsoft Office from my work (to install Word). If I buy this computer, can I still install Word using my license without having to activate the 1-year free subscription that comes with this computer?
The "clock" on the free 1-year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 starts ticking when you activate Windows 10. Because the software for Office is installed as part of the Windows 10 operating system, don't load any new software, just use the Product Key that comes with your version of Microsoft Office.

Can you upgrade the SSD?
Can you upgrade the factory installed 256GB SSD? Is it just a 2.5"? Would the SanDisk Ultra II work in it?
This model is not user upgradable, all work on the device must be performed by a certified technician, so as to not void the warranty. A certified technician can replace the existing SSD with a compatible replacement.
