We recommend you check with Norton for their recommended amount for free storage space you will need for their software before you install it. This system has approximately 18GB of free disk space before the install of any software. If you have loaded other programs on this device, you may have less available.

Laptop is not turning off fully. When I hit "shut down" everything closes and the screen goes black - but the power button light remains on. Battery dies because of this. I have to hold the power button down to turn off, which is not recommended. Help?

The power button will stay on if the system is still plugged in after you turn it off. If the power button stays on after shutdown and the system is not plugged in, try updating your system's drivers, including BIOS and power management drivers. Does lenova yoga 710 15i7 come with google search

It is not preinstalled. The Windows 10 operating system uses Bing Search. But you can certainly download Google to this system.

This system should be able to handle the tasks you mention, the caveat is the scanner. Is it Windows 10 compatible? You will need to check this with the scanner manufacturer. The only software on this system is the Windows 10 Home operating system and a 30-day trial of MacAfee Anti-Virus software.
