What parts of the laptop are metal, and which parts are plastic? Are the port sides and back exhaust plastic or metal?

The Legion Pro 7i top and bottom are made with aluminum with the C-deck (keyboard area) being made with plastic, along with the internal supports.

This Yoga 7i Copilot+ PC does not come with the pen depicted in the product images to display functionality possibilities; although, you can order the Yoga Pen in Luna Grey to color match the system from Lenovo's site or via the Lenovo parts website: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/parts-lookup, and entering the part number for the pen in question, Part No: 5T71Q51955, into the search after changing the "Search By" parameters above the search bar in the "Find Parts" section of the webpage.
