It is a basic Monaural microphone, good for basic use. You may want a higher quality, noise-cancelling microphone, depending on the sound quality you are looking for on your video.

You don't need to, Microsoft Office software is already installed as part of the Windows 10 operating system. You just need to activate the software with the purchase of a product key.
