As I need to upgrade the RAM to 16GB without voiding the warranty , Generally one DIMM (RAM slot) remain on the mother board and very hard to upgrade. Are "BOTH" RAM slots are outside so than it can easily be upgrade to a 8GB X 2 = 16GB total?
A certified technician will need to perform the work in order to not void the warranty on this system.

Is anyone having resolution/monitor problems producing tiny text in some programs? No amount of adjusting graphics or resolution changes corrects it. Been to 3 different geek squad stores and unable to correct. Even replaced the laptop once already.
Some software programs have difficulty with UHD compatibility. It is a function of the software program not the settings on your computer. This would happen with any UHD computer/monitor.
