It´s possible to have the a keyboard in Spanish?

No, this system does not come with a stylus. A capacitive touch stylus (not a digital or active stylus) will work with the touch screen on this device.

touch pad!! the two rear bottoms by the touch pad don't work..how can I fix it

Does the open box laptop come with the one year Microsoft?

The page you are looking at links to a new in box version of this system and that new model comes with a 1-year trial of Microsoft Office 365. If you go with an Open-Box version of this model, it too should come with a 1-year subscription, but check on that specific model before you purchase.
