hello could someone tell me if i can add more GB of memory to this device how would i do that i would i have to get more storage seperately

There are no open memory slots on this system and the 4GB of RAM is not removable.

Where do I put my memory card? I see a slot on the top but my memory card is bigger than that.

There is a full size SD Card slot on the front left of this system.

We don't have this model with the AMD cpu and gpu in Canadian Best Buy. Is it possible to supply one of our stores with this laptop, so I can buy it as well? I cannot enter my Canadian adress into your shipping adress requirements (obviously).

Because if the monetary exchange rate from the US to Canada, we will not be able to do this.
