Does anyone else feel like the sound on here sounds muffled? I even tried playing with the "Dolby Digital Audio" settings but didn't really help much...

Has anyone tried swapping out the hard drive for a bigger one? Is it easy? Does the keyboard have to be removed?

Check with your certified technician for upgrade potential. Work must be done by a certified technician otherwise the warranty may become void.

Your 2014 Lenovo ThinkPad X1 has a Intel Core I-5 processor in it. This system has a Intel Pentium processor. The Core I-5 processor will always outperform a Pentium processor.
