Just making sure. Does this package come with keyboard and mouse ? One graphic says those devices must be purchased. Another list says they are included with the computer. Also, I want to play DVDs. Is there a specific type of CD/DVD adapter?

This IdeaCentre 3 does come with a wired keyboard and mouse. In regard to using discs, you can use an external optical drive. There isn't a specific type needed, but any disc reader/writer that connects via USB should work.

How long does it take to charge the lenovo slim pen out of box? It's been stuck on 12% for hours and there's no info in the box.

To completely charge it can take around an hour to completely charge. To note, if you're using a wattage output that is too high for the pen, it can affect charging.
