This is an entry level system. This system is for a very light user or for someone using this system as a secondary or support device. I would check with the family of the student to find out how much time the student will be spending on a computer.

Can I play World of Warcraft { low settings ] on this ?

Check with the software publisher for the minimum/recommended requirements for this game, then compare those requirements to the configuration of this system.

How do I get the keyboard iluminated

Hold down the "Fn" key then tap the space bar to toggle on/off the keyboard backlighting.

Is the processor fast enough to handle Windows 10?

This system uses the 32 bit version of Windows 10 Home. It will use 1GB of RAM or less to run Windows 10.

I am looking at running two projectors with this machine, adobe premiere pro 6.0 and Media shout... Would it work well for this?

Check the connectivity requirements for the projectors and compare to the ports available on this system.
