Does the Lenovo N22 11.6 Chromebook use Android or Windows 10 operating system? Why the price difference between this and the Lenovo 100S chromebook--is it simply newer? What is the weight outside the box?

All Chromebooks, including the Lenovo N22, use the Chrome operating system. Best Buy sets the pricing. The N22 Weighs 2.84 lbs.

Does the Lenovo ideapad 100 "sticker" on the bottom right corner come off?

It probably can come off, but it has important identifying information about the device and should stay on the device.

Which CD/DVD put on the monitor computer or desktop?

This system does have a CD/DVD reader-writer built in. It's on the right side of the screen.

Can I just leave it plugged in to the electrical outlet all the time?

Yes, the battery will stop charging once it reaches 100%. But to leave the battery charged at 100% all the time will shorten the life of the battery.
