When I bought the product, the Wifi keeps disconnecting frequently on it and I checked my Wifi every time and it's been perfectly well. Is it because my Wifi card is a Realtek or do I need to fix any settings with the laptop?

To expand on the latter point, S mode is a more secure, lighter version of the Windows 11 Operating System that only allows the downloading of applications from the Microsoft Store. If you try to launch or install an executable or .exe file, the system prevents it.
