Hello I am having trouble connecting this computer to a new ac wi fi router Followed instruction from handbook to the letter but no luck Router I have now is type n and have no problems with that on computer Is there something i am missing. thanks

This system is AC wireless compatible. Since this system works with your N router, 1.) Are you sure the AC router is working properly - Can you connect any other devices to the AC router. By the way, the AC router should be backward compatible to the N frequency. 2.) Have you loaded any drivers for the router properly to the new computer? Be sure you load the Windows 10 drivers. 3.) We recommend you contact the router manufacturer's web site or "800" number for trouble shooting tips.
