Would this monitor be fine to use for gaming with FPS shooter and/or games with fast paced action via 7ms response time?

This monitor does has a refresh rate of 7ms.

Can it open files on Iphone to be transferred to Google photos and external hard drive? As in, if I plug in my Iphone to upload photos, and also plug in my external hard drive, will it give me the options to open up the devices to copy the photos over?
