Does this have turbo boost technology? I read somewhere that It has but I would like it if someone could confirm it.

This processor does not have automatic turbo boost technology.

Is the battery replaceable? Can I do it myself?

No, the battery is not consumer replaceable. A certified technician must replace the battery, otherwise the warranty may become void.
