Manufacturer warranty and store warranty?

The manufacturer's limited warranty is for one year and it covers "original build" issues. Check with your retailer for the specifics of their warranty plans.

Will I be able to download google play on this laptop?

Google Play is the Android APP store tool. You can not download Android APPS on to a Windows based system. There is the Windows Store that acts like Google Play. You get Windows based APPS at the Windows Store. It comes pre-installed with Windows 10.
