Is it able to run steam snd play games?

Hi, thanks for inquiring. Chromebook devices can download the Steam app, but it cannot run Steam games. Although, you can access your Steam library, interact with notifications, and more. As for games, there are some that can run on this system from the Google Play Store, and to get the best gaming experience on ChromeOS, we recommend using a cloud gaming service like Xbox, Amazon Luna, and NVIDIA GeForce NOW.

Hello, i received this has a gift for Christmas does it need a sim card to work? It didn't come with one but it came with the sim card opener. When I turn it on the writing is just in Chinese and it won't move from that screen as I can't read what it say
