Hey, thank you for your questions. No, the processor cannot be upgraded as it is integrated into the systemboard, and no, there is only one storage slot in this IdeaPad. It is used by the 256GB M.2 2242 SSD that is included with the system, but it can be upgraded to fit either the 2242 or 2280 M.2, tested using up to 1TB.
